Flat Commission & Full Transparency

At IPv4Recon.com, we operate on a simple, transparent model — no hidden fees, no surprises, and full visibility at every step.

Once I have secured a committed buyer for your IP address purchase or lease, I will provide full disclosure of the deal terms. This includes forwarding the active email thread with the prospective buyer for your review, so you have complete visibility into the discussions and pricing prior to finalizing any transaction. You will be copied on all future correspondence as the transaction proceeds.

Lease Transactions

For IP leases, I typically charge a flat commission of $0.25 per IP per month.

This lease commission covers:

• All marketing, advertising, and prospecting to locate qualified tenants

• Handling all contract and documentation preparation

• End-to-end project management

• Invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions

• Full communication management with tenant and technical teams

Permanent Transfers

For outright transfers (sales), I charge a commission of $2.50 per IP at the time of sale.

This permanent transfer fee includes:

• All services listed above under the lease commission

• Full liaison and coordination with ARIN and/or any applicable RIRs for transfer processing

• Preparation of any required LOAs, MSA language, or supporting documentation

• Management of all required due diligence and compliance verification with buyers, brokers, or RIR staff
